These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by OfficeReady, Inc. (d/b/a OfficeReady.ai) and to messages sent through the OfficeReady platform on behalf of our business clients.

Program description. OfficeReady sends two categories of messages. (1) Messages to our clients and their designated staff, including lead and call notifications, escalation alerts, appointment updates, activity summaries, account and billing notices, and service announcements. (2) Messages sent on behalf of our clients to their customers, including missed-call text-back, intake conversations, and appointment confirmations.

Consent. We text you only after you opt in. Clients consent by subscribing to the Services and providing a mobile number. Callers and customers consent through the business they contacted, such as by calling that business, submitting a web form with the SMS consent box checked, or texting first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Marketing messages are sent only with separate opt-in.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and configuration.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. If you are a client, opting out of operational alerts may limit the value of the Services.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@officeready.ai.

Privacy. No mobile opt-in data or consent information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our [Privacy Policy] for how we handle your data.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
